The Offspring is an American rock band that formed in 1984 in Orange County, California. The band has released nine studio albums, four extended plays, three compilation albums, three live albums, and twenty-six singles. They are often credited, along with fellow California punk rock bands Green Day and Rancid, for reviving mainstream interest in punk rock in the United States during the mid-1990s. The Offspring has sold over 40 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling punk rock bands of all time.
Simple Plan is a Canadian rock band from Montreal, Quebec. The band has released five studio albums: No Pads, No Helmets…Just Balls (2002), Still Not Getting Any… (2004), Simple Plan (2008), Get Your Heart On! (2011), and Taking One for the Team (2016). The band has also released one live album and two compilations: Live in Japan 2002 (2003) and MTV Hard Rock Live (2005). Simple Plan has sold over 10 million albums
