Two of the biggest names in the music scene, Maroon 5 and Meghan Trainor are coming together for an unforgettable show on June 19, Friday at the KeyBank Pavilion.
Headed by no other than Adam Levine, Maroon 5 is a pop rock hitmaker coming from Los Angeles, California. Adam fronts for the lead vocals, Mickey Madden is for the bass, James Valentine is for the lead guitars, Jesses Carmichael is for the keyboards together with PJ Morton and Sam Farrar, a multi-instrumentalist. The band’s beginnings was traced back in 1994, when they cal themselves Kara’s Flowers. They were then signed under Reprise Records and was able to release The Fourth World back in 1997. The band didn’t get the exposure they were expecting so they stepped out of the music scene, while focusing on their college education. Come 2001, they branded themselves as Maroon 5 under Octone Records and released some of the biggest hits in the pop rock industry like This Love, Sunday Morning, Moves Like Jagger and a whole lot more.
Coming from Nantucket, Meghan Trainor, a notable singer and songwriter, actually discovered her love for music at a really young aged. She started to become increasingly involved in making music back in 2009. Within 2009 up to 2011, she was able to write her own songs and release three different albums. This milestone has allowed her to be signed under Epic Records and her groovy songs have reached the top 5 spots of the charts. These songs include All About That Bass, No and Lips Are Movin’, January of this year, she just released her third major studio album called Treat Myself.
