Dave Matthews Band is bringing a leg of their 2012 summer’s tour to Burgettstown, PA on the 14th July 2012 at the First Niagara Pavilion.
Dave Matthews Band (a.k.a DMB) is often classified as a rock band, yet in truth, it’s quite hard to pigeonhole them in a particular genre of music. Their recorded music is often a mix of rock, world music, bluegrass, acoustic, and funk rock; with topics ranging from love, sex, socio-political commentaries on racism, war, and with messages of hope and inspiration. But it’s quite a different story when they perform live. Their live set showcases a myriad of sights and sounds. A DMB show would not be complete until they dish out wild, impromptu, lenghthy, and playful improvisations and renditions of their own songs — set against a fascinating video slideshow and elaborate lighting effects.
